Terms of Business

• All proposals are valid for 28 days.

• An agreed deposit payment is required before media and digital marketing work commences.

• Any retained media and digital marketing activity is invoiced on the first of every month.

• Late payments will result in an additional charge.

• Failure to pay within 28 days will suspend all media and digital marketing work and escalate any outstanding fees to a debt reclaim agency.

• Any additional service required, that is not covered in the agreed proposal, will be charged accordingly.

• Any work produced under these Terms shall be the exclusive property of Penny Gibbs at Red Rose Media UK.

• Access will be required to information, graphics, social media accounts, CRM, web management system, and other sites deemed necessary, to carry out the agreed services.

• The cost of services is reviewed every quarter and is subject to change. The client will always approve any changes before an increase is administered.

• The client will sign the full Terms of Business before work commences. Should either side terminate this for any reason, the client requires 28-day notice in writing and 28-day notice would be given in writing by Red Rose Media UK.
